Da'Quan Bowers, the most decorated player in Clemson football history, was arrested Monday in New York City on a gun possession charge, according to this report.
Bowers, currently a defensive end for the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers, was arrested at LaGuardia Airport after a .40-caliber gun and ammunition was found in his luggage at check in.
Bowers was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned on the charge Monday night and later released on $10,000 bond, according to the report.
