Prudential C. Dan Joyner Co. added its New Business Development and Career Advancement Division in December.
Teresa Cox, broker-in-charge at the Pleasantburg office has been selected to lead this new division.
“Our industry demands that we continue to bring more and more value to our clients and customers, and be more skillful than ever.” said Cox. “With these needs in mind, as director of this new division, I welcome the opportunity to develop a Sales Mastery Program focused on broker and agent development, that will not only offer coaching and training to those new to the business, but also challenge and inspire those experienced that are looking for a partner to help take their business to another level.”
Cox has been in the real estate industry for 20 years. She made a move to management 10 years ago to fulfill a passion for helping others build business through personal coaching. She currently serves on the Better Business Bureau of Upstate South Carolina and the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® board of directors, and as 2013 Multiple Listing Service Chair.
Jeremy Wood will take over for Cox as broker-in-charge at the Pleasantburg office. Wood has been in real estate for 15 years, with seven of those serving as broker-in-charge for Carolina One in Charleston.
