Dean's List announcements for Fall 2012 semester.

Two Mauldin students have been named to the Dean's List at their colleges.

Brian Thomas Molnar of Mauldin, has been named to the Dean's List at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, for academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2012-2013 academic year.

Molnar is a cadet seeking a bachelor's degree in Chemistry.

Dean's List recognition is given to those students whose grade point average is 3.2 or higher with no grade below a C for the previous semester's work.

The Citadel, founded in 1842, is a public, coeducational military college in Charleston, S.C., that offers a classic military education for young men and women seeking a college experience that is meaningful, academically strong and is focused on educating and developing principled leaders.

Meantime, Emily Kiser, a theatre major and a resident of Mauldin, was among more than 500 traditional day and adult evening students from DeSales University who made the fall Dean's List.

DeSales University in Center Valley, Pa., is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts university affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church. Founded by the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales in 1965, the 480-acre suburban campus is located 50 miles north of Philadelphia and about 90 miles south of New York City.

Congratulations to both students from Patch!
